Shelly has been in consulting since 2009. She began helping businesses as a member of a business coaching firm and later became certified a Business Coach. She has owned her own consulting practice for the past 6 years. During her time working as a consultant she has helped dozens of businesses accelerate change in their organization by process improvement, team development, strategic planning/implementation, project management and leadership development.
